Shaun of the Dead Artwork

Have any nice drawings of Nicholas, fan fictions (stories) or anything else related to his movies and personas? Scantily clad, or just plain scandalous, by all means post it here!

Shaun of the Dead Artwork

Figured I'd start a new topic for anyone with Shaun of the Dead artwork (Harmony, I'm lookin' at you... ).

This is a drawing that I did for a Shaun Squad challenge a few months ago, so some of you might have already seen it. I spent over a week on it, but it was so much fun. I just had to include Simon's favorite Simpsons character (Troy McClure) alongside my fave character (Moe).

It's a large image, so have patience when you clicky-click on the link below:

That's great!!! Shaun looks awesome. Yay, Troy McClure is my favourite character.

Uh-oh ... Burns looks the same ... he must be behind it all!

Would it be okay if I posted this in the peggster photo gallery? I added a fan art section.

Here's my SotD drawing. I made it back in October. :-p

Yes, absolutely. Please do. I would be honored to have a place in your gallery. :D And yes, Burns is not zombiefied for a reason. After all, how much damage could a zombie possibly do to that man?

I'll bet they busted their guts gigglin' over that one.

I think they did, Nic. Well, at least Simon did. I sent that drawing to him several months ago (Jess did one as well), and we both got really nice thank-you letters. He said he'd always wanted to be a Simpsons character, and I was more than happy to make that dream come true...

Here's my pale in comparison Shaun of the Simpson's. Notice the child-like ears :) hehe The more I looked at this the more it started to look like Simon.

For those that can't read it he's saying "We're going to Moe's!"

Maybe now that Ricky Gervis is actually getting to do a Simpson's episode, Simon's dream can come true too. And we can get him in a Treehouse of Terror ep.

In the letter he sent me he gave a pretty good description of what this would be. Shaun sending out every other guy in town to fight the horde (especially Homer, cause come on...tasty) so he could realize his crush on Marge.

Did I mention I love Simon Pegg?? (sigh)

So it's not SotD art, but maybe you'll like it. 'Tis Bernard from Black Books. It's big to fullview so he's the link to the preview image:

His eyes are too big, I know. But ahh well. Hope you like it.
Currently, I want to be NOEL FIELDING.

Okay, here 'tis - I'm sticking this note in the bag with the other shtuff:
---------
Hello, you lovely geezer, you! -

So with all the other PeggLeggs offering forth their artistic contributions, I developed a massive inferiority complex in the past 72 hours. So I decided to write you a dirty limerick. Apologies if it’s a bit rusty…haven’t done this since my drunken college days (Ahhh, memories…)

*ahem*

There once was a man, name of Pegg
Made me mates and me howl, swoon, and beg
To allow us to drool
On his altar of cool
(But we promise we won’t hump your leg.)

Best I could do on short notice, Peggers!
YOU ROCK OUR SOCKS!

Best wishes,
Nic (signature)

Whatcha think, too much? ;)

Nic, that is still beyond funny (and I still cannot promise not to hump his leg).

I must ask...where is the quote from, it sounds familiar.

The single most underrated movie of the 1980's - Real Genius. What happened to Val Kilmer? - he used to be funny on purpose...

"I'm your huckleberry."

Never before has such a bizarre statement made me tingle like that one did when he spoke it in Tombstone. Holiday was da bomb.
