New Simon/Nick Movie

Postby Heckle0 » Fri Jan 12, 2007 1:37 am

Ok...this is so vague but i was just in Vegas for CES and i ran into someone we may know coming out of the elevator at the NewYork/NewYork.

He happened to pass me weaing some dark denim outfit and i saw his face....

I said...

Simon?
Simon Pegg?

Yes he replied.

Turns out he and Nick were in Vegas scouting some locations for a movie.
I asked him where Nick was and he said he was in his room about to come down.
I let Simon go as he looked to be on his way to the airport.
Waited about 15-20 minutes by the elevators but no Nick. oh well....

And getting a few hands of blackjack in, I'm sure. ;)

There is record of this already; they've both mentioned they're working on a project together and Nick mentioned at Comic-Con that it was science fiction and set in America. Sounds like the ball is already rolling. Excellent.

Welcome to the forum, BTW, heckle. :D

ETA: I decided to go ahead and move this to the "Others" folder since it involves Nick too. And I just realized we already have a thread for this project, but I can't do anything else about that unforunately. (Grumbles for the umpteenth time about not being able to merge threads...)

You practically upstaged Benicio Del Toro. No one else on this board can say that. ;)

I think there should be a cameo for the PeggLeggs. All of us 'round a roulette table looking gorgeous...

If it's in America, it's only natural that Harmony and I have a spot as extras. I can stand really good and pretend to talk. Like... right now.
Sigh. You really don't like anything, do you Thomas?

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

We can make audition tapes now.

I have extensive experience in the roles of "Tree", "Immovable Boulder", "Roadblock #4", "____'s dad", and "Saucy Minx".
