Who thinks Edgar Wright should write and direct an episode for the upcoming spin-off series?

From everybody's favourite source, Wikipedia:

Heroes: Origins is an upcoming American science fiction drama, a spinoff of NBC's hit show Heroes. Heroes: Origins will introduce one new character per episode, and viewers will choose which character will join the main cast at the end of the run. The second season of Heroes and the first season of Heroes: Origins will include a total of 30 episodes.

It will start at the end of April and run all the way into May, as announced at Comic Con '07.

The reason given for the spin-off was to remove the mid-season hiatus, which caused the ratings to falter when Heroes returned in Season 1. NBC's chief, Kevin Reilly, told reporters on May 14, 2007, "We've got something I call the 'bulk-up challenge' for next year, which is trying to stay more consistent in our scheduling for the audience. We asked [Heroes creator] Tim Kring to come up with an idea, and what I love is not only did we bulk up with 30 hours next season, but also a whole new idea which I think is going to take the show to the next level." While not all scheduling details have been hashed out, Reilly says, "I'll tell you one thing you won't see is Origins peppered throughout, I think that would be difficult for the audience to navigate."

At the 2007 Comic-Con International, it was announced that Kevin Smith would write and direct the first episode of the spinoff, as he was already a fan of Heroes. On September 22nd it was announced that Eli Roth and Michael Dougherty would also each be writing an episode of the spinoff.

Heroes: Origins is only going to be 6 or so episodes. It's saying that together with the original series, there'll be a total of 30 hours of Heroes related episodes (24 of Heroes and 6 of Heroes: Origins).

No problems, brad.

pnut, there's only been one season of Heroes so far. You can always rent out the DVDs and lock yourself in a room with a DVD player and TV for a day.

That's disappointing as I've really loved Heroes. It's one of the few can't miss shows on my TV schedule. And being a fan of Kevin Smith and Eli Roth I was looking forward to seeing what they might have done.

Well, since it's all speculation at this point and not bloody likely to happen: If Edgar were to direct an episode with Nick or Simon as the hero what power would you want them to have?
